Terms of Service
Effective date: 8 September 2026 · Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms are a contract between you and My Pet Walker Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11215766) with its registered office at 247 Bury Old Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 1JE, trading as Appy Hub (“Appy Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, clicking accept, or using the service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that business.
1. The service
Appy Hub is a business operations platform providing customer relationship management, a shared inbox for messaging channels, bookings, finance, HR and related tools, delivered as software as a service at app.appyhub.io and through embeddable widgets. We may add, change or withdraw features from time to time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Tell us immediately at support@appyhub.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
- The account owner controls the workspace, including inviting and removing staff members and setting their roles. Staff members are bound by these terms through the account owner.
3. Your content and data
- You own the content and data you put into Appy Hub ("Customer Data"). You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are the data controller for personal data about your own customers, staff and contacts. We process it as your processor under the Data Processing Addendum at appyhub.io/dpa, which forms part of these terms.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store that data, for providing your own privacy notice to your customers, and for honouring their rights requests. We will help you do so.
- You can export your Customer Data at any time from within the service.
4. Connected channels and third party platforms
Appy Hub lets you connect third party messaging and social platforms, including Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and SMS.
- Each platform has its own terms, and you must comply with them. In particular, use of Facebook, Messenger and Instagram features is subject to Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards and Messenger Platform Policies, including rules on messaging windows, message tags and prohibited content.
- You confirm you are authorised to connect each account or page you connect.
- We access platform data only to provide the features you enable, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
- Platforms may change or withdraw API access at any time. We are not responsible for a platform suspending, restricting or changing a channel, though we will do what we reasonably can to restore service.
- You must not use connected channels to send spam, unsolicited marketing where consent is required, or content that breaks the law or the platform's rules. We may disconnect a channel if we believe it is being used in breach.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or send abusive, deceptive or harmful content.
- Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers' data, or interfere with the service's operation.
- Use the service to build a competing product, or scrape, reverse engineer or resell it except as expressly allowed under a reseller agreement with us.
- Use the service to store or process data you are not entitled to hold.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits we publish for messaging, storage, API calls or AI features.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. We will normally warn you first unless the breach is serious or urgent.
6. Fees and payment
- Fees are set out in your subscription plan. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by card or direct debit through Stripe. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
- Usage based charges (for example SMS, AI features or payment processing) are billed as incurred.
- If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. If it remains unpaid after 7 days we may pause the workspace until it is settled. Paused workspaces keep their data.
- We can change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Fees are non refundable except where the law requires or we agree otherwise.
7. Trials and beta features
We may offer free trials or features marked beta, preview or early access. They are provided as is, may change or end without notice, and may not be covered by our support and uptime commitments.
8. Our commitments
- We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care and use reasonable efforts to keep it available, excluding planned maintenance, which we will schedule outside UK business hours where practical and announce in advance.
- We will keep Customer Data secure using the measures described in our Privacy Policy.
- We will provide email support during UK business hours.
9. Intellectual property
We own the service, its software, design and documentation. You get a non exclusive, non transferable right to use it during your subscription. Feedback you give us can be used by us without obligation. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Customer Data to us.
10. Term and termination
- These terms apply from the day you create an account until your account is closed.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- We can terminate or suspend for material breach, non payment, unlawful use, or if required by law or a platform. We can also end the service entirely with at least 90 days' notice.
- On closure you have 30 days to export your data, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. Connected channel tokens are revoked immediately.
11. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for losses caused by third party platforms, your breach of these terms, or events outside our reasonable control.
- Our total liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
- You will indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of connected channels, or your breach of these terms or a platform's terms.
12. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of these terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
14. General
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum are the whole agreement between us for the service.
- If any part is unenforceable the rest still applies.
- You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a successor business.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
