If you are a business using Appy Hub

Disconnect a channel

To remove a Facebook Page, Instagram account or other messaging channel:

1. Sign in at app.appyhub.io.
2. Go to Settings, Channels.
3. Choose the channel and select Disconnect.

We revoke the platform access token immediately and delete the messages, contacts and media received through that channel within 30 days, unless you export them first.

Delete your whole account

1. Sign in at app.appyhub.io.
2. Go to Settings, Billing, Close account.
3. Confirm the closure.

You have 30 days to export your data. After that, all Customer Data is deleted from live systems, and from backups within a further 30 days. Billing records are retained for seven years as required by UK tax law.

You can also email privacy@appyhub.io from the email address on your account and we will do this for you.

If you have messaged a business through Facebook, Messenger or Instagram

The business you contacted controls that conversation. To have it deleted, ask the business directly, or contact us and we will pass the request on and help them act on it.

You can also remove Appy Hub's access from your own Meta account:

1. Open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites (or on Instagram, Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites).
2. Find Appy Hub and select Remove.

Removing the app sends an automated deletion request to us. We delete the data associated with your Meta account within 30 days and give you a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

Check the status of a deletion request

If you removed Appy Hub from your Meta account settings, Meta will have shown you a confirmation code and a link. Enter the code on our deletion status page to see whether the deletion has completed.

If you requested deletion by email, reply to our confirmation email and we will tell you where it is up to.

What we keep

After deletion we keep only what the law requires: invoices and payment records for seven years, and minimal security logs for 12 months. These do not include message content.
